a book with no last page

“Real courage is when you know you're licked before you begin, but you begin anyway and see it through no matter what.”, Atticus Finch  Harper Lee, To Kill a Mockingbird
Please don't let your curiosity or your desire for details distract you from the true intention of this post.
Earlier this week, in the span of 24 hours, My daughter had her wedding canceled, the engagement called off, and her relationship ended.  This was not her choice and she did not have warning.  Her best friend, and I sprang into action to get her on a plane.  She will be here with my daughter in just a few days.  She is surrounded with the love and support of her family and friends who stand ready when she is able to pick herself up.
The true intention of this post is to let you know what a strong, resilient, Godly, beautiful, and perseverant young woman my daughter is.  She has been broken, but she is not defeated.  She has been irrevocably damaged, but it will not define her.  She is NOT ok.  But, someday she will be.  I will not be posting any information and ask that you respect the privacy of both families involved as we all amicably try to make peace with a devastating situation.  It is hard enough without having to explain details or add to the emotions.
