Battle of Bastogne

Noah and Rob, with Noah's Boy Scout troop,  had the opportunity to attend an annual hike in Bastongne, Belgium to commemorate that cities part in the Battle of the Bulge during WWII.  During this 14 km hike that took the boys over many battle sites they had authentic vehicles, antique weapons, and Americans and Germans reenact scenes from the war.  The day was mild with little wind, but the hike was hard through slush and mud.  You can read more about the museum and historical center at this web site: Battle of Bastogne
